Within 60 days of acquiring a Medsonix Therapy System and completing any necessary leasing agreements, one of our technical teams will travel to your location, install and train you and your staff on the simple operation of the system. This also includes providing an owners' manual and a direct email and phone number for any questions that may arise.

Medsonix designs and manufacturing are extremely robust. In fact, the original units have been in continuous use for over ten years with no critical malfunctions.

In the unlikely event, there is a malfunction, the system comes with a three year, all inclusive parts and labor warranty. Plus an extended 3 year warranty is available for $1,000 per year. Please review a Purchase Agreement for complete details.
